Requirements

All of the following are required to support a Temporary Work Permit Visa application.

Original passport, signed and with at least six months remaining validity
Three visa application forms filled completely ×3
Visa Payment Slip (obtained after the online application (portal.immigration.gov.ng) is complete) x3. ×3
Three recent photograph (no laser copies), passport size ×3
Bank account statement for the last 6 months
Proof of travel: photocopy of round trip air ticket or travel itinerary

Invitation letter from a Nigerian company or state organization accepting ‘immigration responsibility’
Copy of Company Registration (Certificate of Incorporation) of the Company you are visiting.
Letter of financial guarantee from company in the country where you are resident, which should also state the following: name and position of the applicant in the country, purpose of visit, business contact and duration of stay

Copy of International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (Yellow Health Card)
Prepaid return envelope. We do not accept two way envelops
