Requirements
01 Company documentation
Letter of request addressed to the High Commissioner, singed by a senior officer of the company
Letter from the counterpart in Nigeria showing the collaboration between themselves and the Australian counterpart, to be signed by the Senior Manager in charge of Regulatory Unit and attached Data Page of Nigerian passport
Certificate of Incorporation from the Nigerian company - to be certified by appropriate Nigerian authorities

Product documentation duly certified by local authorities in the host country
03 Payment & return
Money Order for AU$500 made out to Nigeria High Commission
Prepaid (trackable) self-addressed return envelope to fit your documents.
